Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device when you visit a website. They help the site remember sign-in state, preferences, and how you use pages.
In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, or analytics SDKs to operate the service.
2. Why We Use Cookies
To ensure the website works correctly (sign-in, session security, API calls).
To remember state during your session (for example, Studio tabs and URL parameters).
To measure and improve performance, traffic, and popular pages through Firebase Analytics.
To detect errors and unusual behavior in order to protect users and the system.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary cookies: required to maintain Firebase Authentication sessions, authenticate API requests, and protect against abuse. These cannot be disabled while still using sign-in and Studio features fully.
Functional cookies: remember interface preferences or in-session state. Without them, some utilities may not work as expected.
Analytics cookies: Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics measure visits, traffic sources, page views, and aggregated events. Data is typically anonymous or pseudonymized.
Third-party cookies: when you sign in with Google, Google may set cookies under its own policies. PayPal or SePay may set cookies when you complete payment in their flows.
4. Cookie Examples and Duration
Firebase session cookies: maintain sign-in state — usually session-based or according to Firebase configuration (from a few hours to several weeks if “remember me” is enabled).
_ga Analytics cookies: distinguish users — typically up to 24 months depending on Google configuration.
Local storage: may store tokens or light client-side cache for speed; you can clear it through browser settings.
The cookie list may change when we upgrade features or change providers. We will update this page when material changes occur.
5. Third-Party Cookies and Privacy
Google (Firebase Auth, Analytics): https://policies.google.com/privacy
PayPal: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full
SePay and banking partners: governed by their own policies when you pay via bank transfer / QR.
We recommend reading the policies of these providers to understand how they handle data.
6. How to Manage Cookies
Browser settings: most browsers let you delete cookies, block third-party cookies, or block all cookies under Privacy settings.
Google Analytics Opt-out: install Google's browser add-on to decline Analytics on many websites.
Note: blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, break Studio session persistence, or cause payment errors.
On mobile devices, you can manage cookies through your operating system settings or the relevant in-app browser.
7. Consent
Essential cookies are used based on the operational needs of the service you request.
Non-essential analytics cookies may rely on your consent depending on region and configuration. You may withdraw consent by blocking analytics cookies in your browser or using opt-out tools described above.
8. Contact
If you have questions about cookies or tracking technologies, email lienhe@orauria.com.
See the Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle personal data in general.
