Terms of Service

Orauria is a platform created and operated by 1997 Studio.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Orauria when you access https://orauria.com or use any feature of the platform.

By accessing the website, registering or signing in, adding credits, using Studio, or publishing content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

If you use the service on behalf of an organization or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Orauria provides: (a) an AI design inspiration and prompt gallery; (b) search and category browsing tools; (c) Studio AI for generating images, video, audio, prompts, and workflows; (d) prompt publishing and community sharing features; and (e) a credit wallet and payment system.

The service relies on third-party AI models and APIs. Quality, speed, pricing, and availability may depend on those providers and may change without prior notice.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service for maintenance, upgrades, legal compliance, security, or technical reasons. We will try to provide advance notice when reasonably possible.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your place of residence) and have the legal capacity required to use the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws and regulations of your country or region, including rules related to AI, copyright, privacy, and payments.

Some features require sign-in via Google using Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for protecting your device, browser session, and all activity conducted under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person or entity. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may refuse access, suspend, or terminate accounts if we detect violations of these Terms, payment fraud, abuse of the system, or harmful conduct toward the platform or community.

Studio AI operates on a credit-based wallet model. Each AI model request may be estimated and/or charged according to the model API pricing in effect at the time of use, and pricing may be shown before submission.

You may add credits through SePay (Vietnamese bank transfer / QR payment) or PayPal. A transaction is only recognized after successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

Credits are generally non-refundable except where: (a) a refund is required by law; (b) we confirm a system error caused an incorrect deduction; or (c) we announce a separate refund or promotional policy.

Model pricing, credit conversion rates, and top-up packages may change over time. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce credits you have already purchased unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations associated with your transactions, as required by local law.

“User Content” includes prompts, images, video, audio, descriptions, tags, and any other material you upload, generate, or publish through the platform.

You retain ownership of your content to the extent permitted by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses for any content you use, including reference images, brand assets, likenesses, and third-party materials.

When you publish content publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to use service providers where necessary, to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and format that content for operating, improving, and promoting the service.

You may request removal of content you published, subject to technical feasibility and legal obligations. Cached or backup copies may remain for a limited period.

Content that violates the laws of Vietnam or the laws of the country or region where you use the service.

Pornographic content, especially involving minors; extremist violence; terrorism; discrimination; hate speech; harassment; threats; or other unlawful harmful content.

Content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or trade secrets of third parties.

Malware, phishing, spam, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, privilege escalation, API abuse, or credit/payment fraud.

Deepfakes, impersonation, or materially harmful misinformation without a clear lawful and legitimate purpose.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, forfeiture of remaining credits where legally permitted, and/or reports to relevant authorities.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, biased, repetitive, similar to existing works, or unsuitable for commercial, editorial, or public use. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before using, editing, publishing, or selling them.

We do not guarantee exclusive commercial rights in AI outputs. Your rights to use generated content may also be subject to the terms and limitations of the underlying model providers.

Requests may be refused by our systems or by third-party AI safety filters. Charges may still apply for infrastructure or provider-side processing already consumed, except where we confirm a system error.

You may not use the service to build or train competing AI systems through unauthorized extraction, misuse of outputs, abuse of APIs, or improper access to our data or infrastructure.

The Orauria name, branding, logo, interface, source code, website design, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

The gallery may include content from multiple contributors and sources. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact lienhe@orauria.com with supporting evidence so we can review and, where appropriate, remove the material.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orauria makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any specific purpose.

We are not responsible for user-published content or outputs generated by third-party AI providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. Unused credits are generally non-refundable upon voluntary discontinuation, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, engage in abuse, or if suspension is necessary for operational, compliance, or safety reasons.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, governing law, and dispute resolution will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation for up to 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.
