AI Content Usage Policy

This page sets the conditions for using content generation and transformation features on Orauria, including (without limitation): AI image/video/audio creation and editing, Voice Clone, Face Wrap (face attach/swap or facial identity lock), and Motion Control (applying motion from a reference video).

This page complements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Safety & Ethics page. If there is a conflict on enforceable user obligations, the Terms of Service control.

By using the features above, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these rules in full.

You represent that you own or have been granted all legal rights necessary to upload, use, copy, transform, and create derivatives from all inputs — including audio files, face/body images, motion videos, prompts, and other references.

You may not upload or use another person’s or organization’s content without clear consent from that person or their legal representative — especially real voices, faces, identifiable likenesses, and distinctive motion.

You are responsible for ensuring inputs do not infringe copyrights, publicity rights, personality rights, commercial rights, or privacy rights of third parties.

You represent that you own or have been granted full legal rights to use, copy, and create voice replicas from audio files uploaded to the system.

You may not use Voice Clone to copy anyone’s voice without clear consent from that person or their legal representative.

You may not impersonate others to defraud or mislead; you may not create deceptive political, financial, legal, or medical content with a cloned voice.

You may not clone the voice of celebrities, artists, KOLs, MCs, broadcasters, or any person protected by publicity, personality, or commercial rights without permission.

You are fully responsible for uploaded audio, created voice models, audio generated via Voice Clone, and any claims or legal liability arising from use of this feature.

Face Wrap and related face-attach/swap or facial identity-lock features may only be used with images/videos you lawfully own or for which the subject has clearly consented.

You may not use Face Wrap to place another person’s face onto content to impersonate, defraud, mislead, harm reputation, or create harmful deepfakes.

You may not use the face of celebrities, artists, KOLs, or any person protected by publicity rights without permission.

You may not create deceptive political, financial, legal, or medical content, or non-consensual intimate content, via Face Wrap.

You are fully responsible for uploaded face media, Face Wrap outputs, and any disputes arising from use or distribution of those outputs.

Motion Control applies motion from a reference video to your character/image. You must own or have legal rights to both the reference motion video and the target image/character.

You may not use Motion Control to copy another person’s motion, choreography, or identifiable likeness without consent — especially when combined with Face Wrap or face lock for impersonation.

You may not use Motion Control to create deceptive content about a person’s actions, accompanying speech, or presence in political, financial, legal, medical, or fraud contexts.

You are fully responsible for uploaded reference videos, generated motion results, and any claims arising from use of this feature.

You may not use the features above to:

Impersonate others to defraud or mislead.

Create deceptive content related to politics, finance, law, or medicine.

Infringe privacy, honor, or reputation of individuals or organizations.

Copy the voice, face, likeness, or motion of celebrities, artists, KOLs, MCs, broadcasters, or any person protected by publicity, personality, or commercial rights without permission.

Create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or exploitative content.

Engage in any activity that violates applicable law in Vietnam or where you use the service.

You are fully responsible for: uploaded data (audio, images, video, prompts); models/voices/identity results created; all outputs from Voice Clone, Face Wrap, Motion Control, and other AI content tools; publishing, sharing, or commercializing outputs; and any claims, disputes, or legal liability arising therefrom.

You must review and ensure that use of outputs complies with law, contracts, and third-party platform rules (social media, ads, payments, etc.).

The platform may refuse to process or delete violating data/content.

Suspend or terminate violating accounts.

Restrict or disable access to Voice Clone, Face Wrap, Motion Control, or other content-generation features.

Cooperate with competent authorities upon lawful investigation or enforcement requests.

The platform provides technology tools only and does not verify ownership of voices, faces, motion videos, or other uploaded content.

Users remain fully responsible for ensuring lawful rights to input data and generated results.

The platform is not liable for copyright, personality, publicity, or other disputes arising from user conduct.

By clicking create (e.g., “Create Voice”, Face Wrap generate, Motion Control generate, or any equivalent AI content create button), you confirm:

“I confirm that I own or have been granted legal rights to use this input data (voice, face, motion video, and/or related content). I understand and agree to take full responsibility for all content created with Voice Clone, Face Wrap, Motion Control, and other AI content tools on the platform.”

We may update this page as features, laws, or provider requirements evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish a new version.

Continued use after updates means you acknowledge the revised rules, together with the Terms of Service then in effect.
