Orauria is operated by Orauria AI. We provide an AI design inspiration library, prompt gallery, and Studio for generating images, video, audio, and workflows.

This Safety and Ethics page explains how we aim to use AI responsibly: protecting users, respecting privacy and rights of others, discouraging harmful misuse, and giving you a clear way to report concerns.

This page complements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict on enforceable user obligations, the Terms of Service control.

We do not claim third-party certifications on this page unless we have obtained them and state that clearly. Our focus is on transparent practices we can stand behind today.

You may use Orauria to explore creative ideas, draft prompts, and generate media for lawful personal, educational, or commercial projects — subject to these rules and applicable law.

You are responsible for the prompts, references, and instructions you submit, and for how you use, publish, or distribute generated outputs.

You must review AI outputs before relying on them for public, commercial, medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

You may not use the service to create, upload, publish, or solicit content that violates the laws of Vietnam or the laws of the country or region where you use the service.

Sexual content involving minors (anyone under 18), including fictional depictions; child sexual exploitation material of any kind.

Non-consensual intimate imagery; extreme pornography that is unlawful in your jurisdiction; content that sexualizes or exploits real people without rights or consent.

Terrorism, extremist violence, instructions for violent crime, or content intended to cause severe physical harm.

Hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying, or content that targets people based on protected characteristics.

Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights, or trade secrets of others.

Deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive synthetic media used to scam, defraud, smear, or mislead — especially without clear disclosure of AI generation where disclosure is required or expected.

Malware, phishing, spam, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, privilege escalation, API abuse, credit fraud, or attempts to bypass safety or billing controls.

Using outputs to train competing models or rebuild our service through unauthorized extraction of our data, prompts, gallery content, or infrastructure.

Generation requests may be refused by our systems and/or by third-party model providers’ safety filters. Refusal does not always mean the request was illegal; filters can be imperfect.

We may remove gallery content, restrict features, hold credits for in-progress work, suspend accounts, or report serious abuse to authorities when we have a good-faith basis to do so.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, or similar to existing works. Orauria aims to empower human creativity — not to replace human judgment, attribution, or legal compliance.

We continuously review product behavior, provider policies, and user reports to improve safety where practical, without guaranteeing that every harmful request will be blocked automatically.

We process account, Studio, payment, and technical data as described in the Privacy Policy, including measures such as HTTPS/TLS, authentication, and access controls.

Do not submit secrets, passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, or highly sensitive personal data in prompts or reference files unless strictly necessary and lawful.

Public gallery posts may be viewed and reused by others according to product design. Treat published prompts and previews as public.

Studio uses third-party AI models and APIs. Quality, latency, pricing, and availability can change with those providers.

We hold ourselves accountable for operating the platform responsibly: clear policies, support channels, and enforcement when misuse is confirmed.

Users remain accountable for their inputs, publications, and downstream use of outputs — including disclosure of AI-generated media when required by platform rules, contracts, or law.

Copyright or rights complaints should include enough detail for us to identify the material and verify your claim. We will review and take action we consider appropriate.

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe. We may not share full investigation details when privacy, security, or legal constraints apply.

We may update this page as features, laws, or provider requirements evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish a new version.

Continued use of the service after updates means you acknowledge the revised Safety and Ethics guidance, together with the Terms of Service then in effect.
