Privacy Policy — Orauria Offices

The Extension is a productivity Sheets & Docs workspace operated by Orauria (https://orauria.com).

You authenticate by signing in with Google to your Orauria account.

Spreadsheet and document snapshots and settings are stored locally on your device by default.

Content is sent to Orauria servers (https://orauria.com) only when you use Orauria AI features (chat that edits the open Sheet or Doc).

We do not sell your personal information.

This notice complements the general site policy at https://orauria.com/privacy-policy.

Depending on features you use, the Extension may store locally (Chrome storage / IndexedDB): session credentials after Google / Orauria sign-in and preference settings (theme, language); cached account display fields (for example email, display name, photo URL, available credits); and Sheet / Doc document snapshots plus related media blobs used for local editing.

This local data stays on your device unless you clear extension data or uninstall.

When you send a message in the Orauria AI panel, the Extension may transmit to https://orauria.com (API): your session credential (as a Bearer token) for authentication and billing; prompts and messages you submit; and relevant open-file context needed to apply AI edits to the active Sheet or Doc.

Orauria processes these requests to return AI responses and to account for usage/credits under your Orauria account terms.

Account profile, wallet/credits, and sign-in are handled by your Orauria account on the website (for example https://orauria.com/login and https://orauria.com/profile). The Extension opens a secure sign-in flow, exchanges a short-lived token for a session, and may call account endpoints (such as reading available credits) while you are signed in.

storage — Local settings and session after Google sign-in.

tabs / windows — Open Google / Orauria sign-in and complete handoff.

Host access to Orauria — API calls for AI, models, and account/credits.

googleusercontent.com — Load your Google account photo in the Extension UI.

Service delivery: Orauria operates the API that powers AI features.

No sale of personal data. We do not share Extension content with third-party advertisers.

Legal requests: Orauria may disclose information if required by law, as described in the site Privacy Policy.

Model providers behind Orauria’s API (if any) process prompts/responses under Orauria’s infrastructure and agreements — see also https://orauria.com/privacy-policy.

Local data: until you delete it in the Extension or Chrome removes extension storage.

API / account / billing records: retained according to Orauria’s site policies and legal obligations.

The Extension is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). Do not use it if you do not meet applicable age requirements for Orauria accounts.

Sign out in the Extension (clears the local session); delete local files from the Files panel; uninstall the Extension to remove its local storage (subject to Chrome behavior); manage your Orauria account at https://orauria.com/profile.

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Extension after updates means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
